These terms and conditions apply to your use of the limes-hotel.co.uk website and to all bookings made directly with The Limes Bar & Hotel (operated by Lakeview Hotels Limited t/a The Limes Bar & Hotel, 99 High Street, Needham Market, Suffolk, IP6 8DQ).

By making a booking or using this website you agree to these terms.

Check-in / check-out: Check-in is from 2:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am. Late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

Cancellations: If you cancel your booking 7 days or less before the arrival date, your deposit will be non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Damages: A £50 pre-authorisation is taken on check-in as a security deposit. This is released on check-out. If any damage to the room or hotel property is found during or after your stay, the £50 will be retained to contribute towards the cost of repair or replacement.

Pets: We welcome well-behaved dogs in designated pet-friendly rooms. Please notify us at the time of booking. A pet supplement may apply.

Smoking: All rooms and indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. A deep-cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is not observed.

Reservations: Table bookings are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time. If you are running late, please call us.

Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or amend your reservation. For large groups (8 or more), 48 hours' notice is required.

Dietary requirements: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Whilst we take all reasonable care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Booking: Tickets are sold subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been processed.

Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by us. In such cases a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another person. Please contact us with the new guest's details in advance of the event.

Age restrictions: Some events may be age-restricted. This will be stated clearly on the event listing. We reserve the right to refuse entry if valid ID cannot be produced.

Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

All prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakeview Hotels Limited t/a The Limes Bar & Hotel excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from your stay or visit to the hotel, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
